- GPS location data — only for the Sales Agent App and Live Map Tracker, and only while the app is in use by your authorized staff.

5 Data Retention
We retain your account and business data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, data is retained for up to 90 days to allow for export and reactivation, then permanently deleted from our active systems. Backup copies are purged on our standard rotation cycle (typically within 12 months).
